The versatile Eclipse Retreat Annex is the perfect add-on to your DARCHE 180° or 270° Awning for your next open road adventure. It suspends from your awning to add a flexible and multi-use shelter to your camp setup.
There are three large entries to this annex giving you unlimited access no matter where you pull up, plus it has rear access so you can get to your vehicle without stepping outside. Both sides have double D-doors and the front has a massive single entry with a privacy door that can convert to an annex for extended shade and shelter (telescopic alloy poles sold separately). All front and side entries have dual-zippered privacy and fine mesh doors that will give you plenty of ventilation while keeping the critters at bay - great in humid conditions.
Like all Darche gear - it’s built to last, made from durable 210D ripstop polyester Oxford, it can hold its own in the harsh Aussie environment. The Retreat Annex also has an impressive PU 3000mm water rating and all seams are heat sealed to keep you dry in rainy conditions. It features a removable 600gsm welded PVC bucket floor with adjustable corner points to suit various vehicle heights.

We offer free shipping the contiguous US for order over $199! This obviously excludes super heavy and freight items. Alaska and Hawaii are sometimes difficult, so you most likely will receive a call from us, as we may incur extra shipping fees.
Regular orders
All Items will be shipped as the customer chooses at checkout, and a tracking number will be provided. If there are special delivery instructions, please leave them in the notes.
All items will be properly padded and packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, it is up to the buyer to contact the shipper and file a claim, as all products are insured for the amount of purchase.
Freight orders
We do our best to calculate Freight costs at checkout, but to get the most accurate shipping costs we suggest reaching out to us in advance. Over phone or email so we can give you the spot on costs, get more delivery details and make arrangements easier.

1. General delivery
Delivery of Products purchased from Charles Parsons Group ( Delivery) is taken to occur at the time that:
- you, or your nominated carrier takes possession of the products at the relevant Charles Parsons Group address;
- Charles Parsons Group (or Charles Parsons Group’s nominated carrier) obtains a receipt or delivery docket signed by a person at the nominated address; or
- Charles Parsons Group (or Charles Parsons Group’s nominated carrier) delivers the products to your nominated address, even if you are not present at the address.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a guideline or estimate only and Charles Parsons Group will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any delay in delivery. You agree that you will still accept delivery of the products even if they are delivered on a different date and time. However, if a Product is not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated date, please contact us.
All orders will be delivered within usual business hours and cannot be delivered to a P.O. box address.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we do not accept any liability for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect details and you may incur a re-delivery fee.
1.1 Delivery within The United States of America
Except for pre-orders, we aim to deliver orders within The USA between 2 to 7 business days from receipt of order, subject to stock availability.
Depending on where you live, we use either UPS, USPS, FedEx or an alternative carrier(s).
1.3 Other international deliveries
Return policy
Darche USA is happy to offer a 30-day refund from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in new condition, in original packaging, for full refund. If a product is defective, we will defer to the manufacturer's warranty, and reach out to them on behalf of our customers. The warranty of any product purchased can be found in the product owner's manual or online.
- Buyer must supply the original sales receipt.
- All returned products must be in new condition, and in original packaging
- It is the buyer's responsibility to either bring or ship the product back to us at their cost before a refund is issued.
- We do not offer refunds on Gift cards.
- There are no refunds on sale items.
- There are no refunds on items purchased using discount codes
If the product purchased does not meet the needs of the customer, we will absolutely do our best to make it right for the customer. This may include an alternative product, or other means to create a positive experience for both the customer and ourselves.
OR just want a refund? No problem! As long as the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund. Please know that we have to charge a 3% fee on the transaction, to cover the charges that PayPal/Shopify/Mastercard charge us every time a transaction is made.
WARRANTY: For products that are being returned due to a warranty claim, Darche will in some cases, replace the product out of local dealer stock, or ship directly to the consumer, at our discretion. Please refer to your owner's card with your product for specifics on your warranty.
